14K Gold - Flat Star - Nostril Screw or NoseBone

A very small piece, measures approximately 2 mm in diameter. Tiny Star shaped freckle.

The Gold used in this Piece is Totally Nickel Free, and available in either; solid 14K Yellow Gold, or solid 14K White Gold.
These are also available in the Straight NoseBone Style (not pictured). This is the Straight Post with a small ball on the other end to keep the piece in place. Unbelievably easy to use.
