The 6-Prong Round setting is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel Gem Ball, too. The Steel and Gold fuse well together to give you a solid piece. These are also internally threaded for your comfort and the 6 Prong Setting can be made in either White or Yellow Gold with the ball or gem ball to match if you like.
